[4K] XG Singapore concert recorded using Samsung S22 S23 Ultra
XG Singapore concert recorded using Samsung S22 S23 Ultra
XG 1st WORLD TOUR The first HOWL Landing at Singapore
#XG #XGALX #XG_1stWORLDTOUR #ThefirstHOWL #samsung #samsunggalaxy #samsungs23ultra #samsungs22ultra
Video recorded with Samsung S22 Ultra & S23 Ultra
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
Settings: Record using Pro Mode
Settings on top of screen
Click the Gear icon, turn on Grid lines. (Easier to make sure the idols are in the box/area that you want to record.)
Change video recording resolution to UHD 60 (that is 4K resolution, 60 FPS, video will be big files size so you might want to transfer files to increase storage)
If 4K videos storage is too big, change to UHD 30 or smaller like FHD 60 or FHD 120.
Settings on near the bottom of the screen
ISO: 100 - 200 range
MIC: REAR (so that the audio recorded is coming from the back of the phone - from stage, and not just audio from around the phone)
If you realise there are sound distortions, you can also change the dB levels to -8 to -10/-12 range in the Mic settings bottom of screen.
Make sure your phone is fully charged as recording will drain your phone battery. If you have portable powerbank, it'll be good to use it so at least towards end of concert, you can still use your phone.
Additional tips on recording, when moving the phone camera to record, do it slowly as moving too fast would make the watcher feel nauseous and dizzy when watching the videos (comments from my family).
Try to keep your arm near your body so your arm will not tire so easily and also try to keep a steady hand when recording. Personally I have had my elbow support by the armrest or even with a bottle that was in the drink cupholder.
When recording, you may tap the screen to focus and there should be a white icon that appears for a few seconds where you can lock the focus, the icon will become yellow. If you had managed to help your camera focus better, the recording will be even better.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra & S23 Ultra Settings: Record using Pro Mode Settings on top of screen Click the Gear icon, turn on Grid lines. (Easier to make sure the idols are in the box/area that you want to record.) Change video recording resolution to UHD 60 (that is 4K resolution, 60 FPS, video will be big files size so you might want to transfer files to increase storage) If 4K videos storage is too big, change to UHD 30 or smaller like FHD 60 or FHD 120. Settings on near the bottom of the screen ISO: 100 - 200 range MIC: REAR (so that the audio recorded is coming from the back of the phone - from stage, and not just audio from around the phone) If you realise there are sound distortions, you can also change the dB levels to -8 to -10/-12 range in the Mic settings bottom of screen.

Hi, replying to your questions, kindly refer to my answers below. --> Yes, 4K is UHD S23Ultra 1. HEVC or H.264? What is this? -->They are different formats. Personally I do not have HEVC turned on because I have heard of app incompatibility to open/view the videos. I need to be able to view the videos easily as I upload them to my channel. 2. High bitrate video yes or no? -->Personally No as it will increase the size of the video files. 3. HDR10+ yes or no? -->Personally no. FYi additional info found online for reference. High efficiency videos (Save space without sacrificing video quality. The videos are saved in HEVC format.) HDR10+ videos (Optimise the colour and contrast of rear camera videos recorded in Video and Pro video modes. HDR10+ videos are saved in HEVC format.)

@Dididong11 of course! As a usual concert goer, I am always aware of my actions. As mentioned in the description, I was seated at the last row, there wasn't anyone behind me. Plus everyone else was also standing up for Yoasobi, I myself couldn't see from my view, i had to look at my phone to watch the concert because everyone had their phones higher than me and Im not exactly tall. In Kpop concerts, seating is tiered so my phone is always at my chest level when recording. Plus for kpop concerts, we arent allowed to stand.
